Cancellation
The cooling-off period of 14 days does not apply to these rental conditions.
You can only cancel by sending us an email. The cancellation is valid from the day it is received by us and confirmed by us.
Cancel at least 43 days or more before arrival. Here we can charge €75 for administrative costs.
You can request a rebooking up to 14 days before the start of the rental period. Please note that we are not obliged to accept rebooking requests. You can send a request to this effect at any time by e-mail to the e-mail address provided on our website.
A rebooking on or after the 14th day before the start of the rental period is considered a cancellation (see clause 1.6) followed by a new booking.
A : If you cancel 42 days or less prior to arrival, but not less than 14 days prior to arrival, you owe 50% of the total rent.
B : If you cancel 14 days or less prior to arrival, you owe 100% of the total rent.
